John (Jack) R. Tjaden is admitted to practice in the various state and federal courts of the State of Maryland and the District Of Columbia.  Court admissions include the Supreme Court Of The United States, The United States Court Of Appeals For The Fourth Circuit, the United States District Courts For The District Of Maryland and the District Of Columbia, The Court Of Appeals in Maryland, the Superior Court Of The District Of Columbia, and The Court Of Appeals For The District Of Columbia.

Mr. Tjaden is an experienced and recognized litigator who has represented clients on a wide range of matters in his practice and has appeared before numerous trial and appellate courts throughout his career.  His litigation skills were developed and honed while working as a trial attorney in the Tax Division of the United States Department Of Justice, and he has continued to be a successful trial and appellate advocate for his clients.  His aim is to represent his clients aggressively and with personal attention to each client's needs and goals.

Mr. Tjaden is a member in good standing of the various national and local bar associations.
